Listen, I have a flip-flop called "Havaianas" original of Brazil (like Mathew McConaughey's beautiful wife and I)... in my home Havainas was multi-use: Private and Public education, also exorcist - if the child was rolling on the floor possessed like... that took the bad spirit away in seconds. Yup! It helped my child achieve much success as we removed the bad spirits even some with names like "tantrum".

So desperate. Broprah Winfrey cannot conduct proper interviews. Such lazy garbage, for people who have very low standards.

I love it! I'm a scorpio, like Matthew. I'm learning how similar our minds work. As a young person, I started journaling, making detailed to-do lists, exercising daily, and meditating. 25 years later, I'm still doing those things, and, I'm finding, like Matthew, that is best if I take some time to myself in the morning to do something that connects me to my inner voice & heart. And, for me, before bed. Not even a quarter way through this. Wondering what else I'll learn about scorpios 😉♏❤

If you want to BEGIN TO SOLVE homelessness and the displacing of folks from their homes...let's start focusing the magnifying glass on the politicians that are earning HUGE salaries, imposing program after program and costing the general public waaaaaaaaay too much money. Then adding further income centers to things like vehicle registration...for instance how should it cost $400 to register a 17 year old vehicle? Welcome to starts at the TOP and we start FOLLOWING THE MONEY. Politicians earn waaaaaaaaay too much salary and make waaaaay to many unilateral decisions.

I'm not always a fan of Joe's thought patterns, but I like him and what he does - he is very good at it. This might be my favorite episode - Matthew is a very wise man based on what I am hearing here. I dig it and I respect both of these fellas. Keep on brothers! Thank you for giving us your valuable and useful insights - and I do mean that!

Austin is already super liberal, isn't it? Like it's one of the few places in Texas that are blue. It's a bunch of idiots trying to vote in ideas that will destroy the very reasons why Texas is one of the most successful and free states in the country. Like if you dont like the laws in Texas why live in Texas? I don't understand that. I hate California's laws on guns, so i dont live there. Simple as that.

The answer to all of the United States issues is *Education, Education, Education* like Matthew said the social issues don’t get fixed because it’s not personal to people in power , and sadly there’s probably a lot of people out there who may feel passionate and personal about the Poverty issue and might even have a damn good solution in mind but had the bad luck of being born in a housing project in downtown Chicago. Education is the route to equality of opportunity. If we don’t educate the masses, the hidden geniuses with actual answers will never make it out of their home town

Matthew's right in that it has to be personal for people to care and take action. Which is also why large centralized systems shouldn't be the goal. They dehumanize, ostrasize and dehumanize people, and they're ripe for corruption and bureaucracy. Neither the US, the EU, China or Russia are good plans for sustainable human happiness. What we need are small personal communities. Also because we as humans can only manage so many close relations in our "tribe".

it's crazy to think that people with low intelligence usually do not even reflect on themselves enough so depression has not even a chance to be created. not trying to blame people with low intelligence, most of them simply were born into surroundings that do not offer better education, but it's interesting to think that with more intelligence, the possibilities of getting depression and anxiety also increase. simply because you think about yourself more.

I've contemplated that myself. It does appear that folks with a lack of critical/abstract thinking tend to walk through this existence unencumbered by vast dark imaginings that someone who has a proclivity toward philosophical/societal moral ethical zeitgeists (if you will) seem to get bogged down by. That being said, the dull and the weary too have their story.
